Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time. Refunds for Stripe and Link purchases are handled by the seller of record under the rights and rules shown at checkout and on your receipt. We will help promptly and honour applicable law.

1. Initial 14-day refund period

This Policy applies to purchases of Saint Elmo’s Fire initiated through our website and to direct invoices issued by Kolektivo Labs.

For self-service subscriptions purchased through Stripe and Link Managed Payments, the applicable Stripe or Link entity shown during checkout and on the receipt is the seller of record and processes payment-related refunds.

Consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from an initial purchase within 14 calendar days. Where a consumer expressly asks Fire to begin during that period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for the service supplied before withdrawal. This does not create a new 14-day withdrawal period after every automatic subscription renewal.

We will not use this Policy to take away any refund, withdrawal right or remedy provided by applicable law or by the seller of record.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription before the next renewal through the customer portal or payment-support channel linked from your receipt. If those controls are unavailable, email fire@dearsaintelmo.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless a refund is issued, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Deleting the application or stopping use does not cancel billing.

3. Requesting a refund

Use the payment-support contact on your Stripe or Link receipt or email fire@dearsaintelmo.com from the address used for the purchase.

Include your account email, approximate payment date and order, invoice or receipt number if available. Never email a complete card number or card-security code.

4. Incorrect or unauthorised charges

Contact us promptly if a charge is duplicated, uses the wrong amount, was collected after a timely cancellation or was not authorised. We will investigate with the seller of record and correct charges confirmed to have been made in error.

You may also contact your bank or payment provider and use any rights available under payment-services law.

5. After the initial 14-day period

After any applicable withdrawal period, a charge is not automatically refundable merely because the subscription was unused or the customer changed their mind.

If you are unhappy or something went wrong, contact us anyway. We will review the request fairly with the seller of record. We will provide any repair, continuation, price reduction, refund or termination remedy required by applicable law, and may provide an appropriate remedy where a material service failure or billing error prevented you from receiving what you purchased.

6. Application-only offers

Submitting an application for God Mode 9000 does not take payment and creates no purchase.

If an application is accepted, the applicable cancellation and refund terms are stated in the written membership agreement and invoice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The seller of record initiates refunds for Managed Payments purchases. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.
